Her journey has been one of both challenge and reward, with a deep commitment to finding balance, staying present, and cultivating a sense of inner peace.
Throughout her years of practice, Pam has learned that yoga is more than just a physical discipline; it is a way of living with intention, compassion, and gratitude. She is dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with others and hopes to inspire those around her to live more consciously and connectedly, both on and off the mat.

Vera Eugene
Mind / Body Reset Coach & Emotional Healing Guide

Mind-Body Reset Coach & Emotional Healing Guide
Vera is a mind-body transformation coach specializing in emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and sustainable weight loss for women. With a background in psychology-driven behavior change
and real-life coaching experience, she helps clients break long-held patterns around emotional eating, overwhelm, and self-sabotage by working at the root — the mind and the nervous system.
Her unique approach combines practical nutrition habits, emotional regulation tools, somatic awareness, and identity work to create long-lasting transformation. Vera guides women through a supportive journey that feels safe, personal, and sustainable — rather than restrictive or performative.
She believes that lasting change happens when a woman feels regulated, supported, and connected to her real needs, not when she pushes herself harder.
Vera currently works with women both privately and in small group settings, with a mission to help women feel at home in their bodies again — strong, calm, confident, and emotionally free.
