Why Soul Good Yoga?
Soul Good Yoga LLC is a local, woman-owned studio, rooted in care, community, and a deep commitment to doing things with SOUL.

We are a studio with small class sizes that allow for personalized instruction, which is important in learning the proper alignment of the various poses of Yoga.
Once the correct alignment is learned, then the Yoga Journey can begin...

We offer a variety of yoga classes, mat Pilates, Ballet, Barre, and Dance. Classes are led by instructors who empower rather than pressure, and who meet you where you are.
​
Soul Good Yoga is an evolving, in-person project shaped by real people and real experiences. We only grow through the energy and feedback of our clients, team, and instructors. It is not static, and it is definitely not finished.
Every person who walks through our doors helps shape what we become.

Above all, we are here to help improve your day, your health, and your life- with clarity, consistency, and a bunch of heart and SOUL.
