Beginner's Pilates
Beginner's Pilates is a perfect introduction to the practice of Pilates, designed to learn the techniques of the Pilates MAT practice.
MAT simply means, the only thing you
need for the class
is your MAT, your
BODY, and your MIND.
The Pilates method,

the CORE.
It includes strengthening not only
the abdominals...
but the whole muscle groups spanning from
the base of the ribs downward.

BARRE

Barre is a unique fusion of Ballet,
Pilates, and Yoga.
Ballet-inspired movements, such as plies and arabesques, target small, stabilizer muscles that are often
neglected in other workouts.
High repetitions with very low impact is a perfect way
to gain muscular endurance with
minimal impact on
the joints.
Barre class is designed to tone and strengthen the
entire body, but primarily focuses on the
lower body and core.
