BARRE
Barre is a unique fusion of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga.
Ballet-inspired movements, such as plies and arabesques, target small, stabilizer muscles that are often neglected in other workouts.
High repetitions with very low impact is a perfect way
to gain muscular endurance with minimal impact on
the joints.
Barre class is designed to tone and strengthen the
