Pilates is a mindful practice that focuses on strengthening your core while promoting body awareness. 

This controlled practice on the mat, combines body weight movement, various equipment, including balls, bands, weights, and blocks to enhance flexibility, stability and strength.

BARRE

           Barre is a unique fusion of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga.

Ballet-inspired movements, such as plies and arabesques, target small, stabilizer muscles that are often neglected in other workouts.

High repetitions with very low impact is a perfect way 

to gain muscular endurance with minimal impact on

the joints.

Barre class is designed to tone and strengthen the

entire body, but primarily focuses on the 

lower body and core.

The combination of these three elements of exercise,

will definitely sculpt, tone, and lengthen

your body!

We focus on isolations of the hips and ribcage, similar to Bellydance...

then we rock it out hard core for some cardio....

core work with the slow movement of the rhythm...

and in the end...

Beginner's Yoga

           Beginner's Yoga is a gentle practice designed                       for a new yogi to learn the poses and understand                     how to unwind and reconnect with body.

        you will come to feel empowered by listening to your               body and not your mind. Which is a challenging,                                   yet rewarding journey.

         Beginner's yoga is simply an experience that we all                          could use to slow down and allow

           Beginner's Pilates is a perfect introduction to the practice of Pilates, designed to learn the techniques of the Pilates MAT practice.  

MAT simply means, the only things you

need for the class 

is your MAT and you

BODY and MIND.

The Pilates method, 

includes much more than just 

the CORE.

It includes strengthening not only 

the abdominals...

but the whole muscle groups spanning from 

the base of the ribs downward.
