Define Barre is a "fusion" workout, based on dance conditioning which includes ballet-based, small intense movements...focusing mainly on the legs and hips. An addition to using the Barre for standing, isolated exercises, this workout includes functional strength training using other exercise equipment. Great chance for beginners to see what this Barre is all about!
